We are looking for eager to learn by working in various outlets, such as a small intimate fine dining restaurant, a large busy Italian lunch buffet, preparing picnics for guests on tour, cooking crew meals, Italian specialty pizzas and pastas, or even an outdoor barbecue grill. We are currently hiring for (Asst Cook, commis chefs, demi chef de parties, sous chef & Jr sous chef.)
Responsibilities
- Working in a small team, it is your responsibility to make sure that every plate in your section satisfies our exacting standards for presentation and flavor, as well as all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
You will participate in ordering, rostering, stock control, food hygiene inspections, and training as a member of the galley team.
As a junior chef, you will have the chance to work with award-winning chefs in spectacular settings, and the role is varied!
